A Ticketer and Flights administrator is required for an upmarket Tour Operator based in the heart of London. With this role, you will be working in a busy Ticketing Department issuing nett, published and group fares. You will be dealing with ticket cancellations and refunds including BSP – IATA administration, archiving flight contracts and loading of flight information in the in-house system. For this role it is essential that you have experience in ticketing, BSP and sound knowledge of Galileo CRS. The ideal candidate needs to be organised, able to multi task, work to deadlines and manage the workload. We will only consider candidates who have experience in the travel industry.
