Customer Services in Surrey!! An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone with excellent Customer Service skills to join this leading Tour Operator. Our client is now looking for Customer Service Executives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional inter-personal and communication skills. You must be a result and quality driven individual with a strong customer service focus. With this position you will be responsible for resolving post sale queries along with direct customer complaints in line with the company’s procedures. As a Cruise Specialist you will in addition be working within a busy reservations department on the telephone taking in coming calls from our travel partners and direct guests. You will be involved in the day-to-day packaging and selling of our exciting and luxurious Cruise Holidays and you will need to deliver the highest level of customer service at all times. To apply for this position you should have worked within the travel market from backgrounds such as Tour Operator or Retail Travel.
